Mycoplasma gallisepticum and meleagridis culture
Microbiological culture.
Each vial is to be reconstituted with 0.5 ml of the diluent provided. Make a 10 fold series of dilutions down to 10-6 using a new pipette/tip at each stage and then plate out on solid media following your routine method.
Growth +ve or –ve and final dilution at which growth is obtained is noted. Authorised reports are published electronically. These show intended results and results from all participants.
